Grezzo is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oiil with an intense, full flavour. Its characteristic intense colour and cloudy appearance is due to minute particles of olives that remain suspended in the oil and guarantee the typical taste of freshly pressed olive oil.
Sensory Evaluation
An intense, bold taste with the typical flavour of freshly pressed, fruity olive oil. It keeps its intense green colour until February and acquires a golden hue from March onwards.

Raw vegetables, rustic soups or grilled meat.
